WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns can be processed HERE.
We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refunds after items have been washed. In order to be eligible for return, items must be in the original and saleable condition. An item may be returned if it is sent back:
-unworn
-unwashed
-with all original product hang tags and packaging intact
-free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage
Bundle items must be returned together as a bundle. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
If an item does not adhere to the return requirements above then the refund will not be granted and the customer will be fully responsible for any rerouted return shipping.
The return must be requested and postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this 14-day timeframe for a store credit.
For orders with Checkout+ package protection, a complimentary return shipping label will be provided upon return requirements being met.
Orders without package protection will incur return shipping cost which varies by return weight and destination. The dynamic rate will be provided and charged upon submitting the return request. Mama Coco is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments.
In the return package, please include original packing slip or a note with the order number and name associated with the order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed once delivered. Once the return is approved, the refund will be submitted to either the original payment method used or store credit to your Mama Coco account which will then automatically apply to your next order (and does not have to be used all at once). You will receive an email notification with all return details.

Do I need Checkout+?
Mama Coco is proud to now offer return and package protection at checkout for our loyal customers. The complimentary returns and exchanges included in Checkout+ provides customers with an additional layer of confidence when shopping. The package protection included provides assurance that your order will be protected and promptly replaced in light of unexpected delivery issues. Without Checkout+, per store policy, Mama Coco is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays, or stolen packages.
Checkout+ protection must be purchased at checkout and included in your order. This cannot be purchased after an order is already placed or fulfilled. If Checkout+ is not included, the customer will be responsible for any return/exchange or replacement costs.
