What is your return policy?

Returns can be requested in your account here.

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refunds after items have been washed. In order to be eligible for return, items must be in the original and saleable condition. An item may be returned if it is sent back:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with all original tags and packaging intact
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

If an item does not adhere to the return requirements above then the refund will not be granted and the customer will be fully responsible for any rerouted return shipping.  

The return must be requested and postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this 14-day timeframe for a store credit.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Customers are responsible for the return shipping and restocking fee of $7. This will automatically be deducted from the refund amount. Mama Coco is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments.

In the return package, please include original packing slip or a note with the order number and name associated with the order. If a gift, please make sure to specify to avoid the refund going to the original form of payment.

Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed once received, and up to 3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment once approved.

If returning for store credit, the balance will be applied to your Mama Coco account which will then automatically apply to your next order (and does not have to be used all at once).  You will receive an email notification with the store credit details.

 

How soon will I receive my refund or store credit?

Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed once received, and up to 3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification email with approval or rejection of the returned item(s).  Once approved, your refund will be processed. 

If the return is sent within the 14 day refund timeline, then the refund amount will automatically process to the original method of payment usually within 3 business days.  If a gift, or returned after the 14 day period, the credit will be applied to your Mama Coco account which will then automatically apply to your next order (and does not have to be used all at once).  You will receive an email notification with the store credit details.

The return shipping fee of $7 will automatically be deducted from the refund/store credit.

 

Do I need a receipt to return a product?

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.  Please include the original packing slip or a note including the order number and name associated with the order.

Otherwise, the return credit/refund will be applied to the buyer.
